  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Picante Chaat Masala
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce
  • Butter or oil for cooking

1️⃣ Marinate Chicken

  • Mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Cayenne Pepper Powder, Tandoori Masala, Paprika Powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Marinate 30 minutes (longer = better flavor).

2️⃣ Cook Chicken

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Cook marinated chicken on medium-high heat 8–10 minutes.
  • Cook until slightly dry and well coated with masala.

3️⃣ Prepare Roti Base

  • Heat pan and cook roti/paratha lightly.
  • Beat ½ egg and spread on one side of roti.
  • Flip so egg side cooks and sticks to roti.

4️⃣ Assemble Frankie

  • Place egg-roti on flat surface.
  • Spread green chutney.
  • Add cooked chicken filling.
  • Add sliced onions + sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Add ketchup or schezwan sauce.
  • Roll tightly and wrap in butter paper.

🌟 Pro Tips:

  • Slightly smoky chicken gives authentic street taste.
  • Add a pinch of Picante Peri Peri seasoning for fusion flavor.
  • Don't overfill or it won't roll neatly.

🔥 Variations:

  • 🧀 Add grated cheese for cheesy Frankie.
  • 🌶 Make it spicy with green chilli vinegar.
  • 🥗 Add shredded cabbage for crunch.

🍽 Serving: Serve hot with extra chutney or masala fries.
