🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4):

For the Marinade:

  • 500g boneless chicken (breast or thigh), cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp Picante Smoky Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp roasted garlic paste (about 6 cloves)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Picante Oregano Leaves

For Skewering:

  • Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – cubed
  • Onion – cubed
  • Wooden or metal skewers

2️⃣ Marinate the Chicken

  • Mix Picante Smoky Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and spices.
  • Coat chicken pieces thoroughly.
  • Cover and marinate for minimum 1 hour (best: 4–6 hours or overnight).

3️⃣ Assemble Skewers

  • Thread chicken alternately with bell peppers and onions.
  • Leave slight gaps for even cooking.

4️⃣ Cook

Grill Method (Best Flavor):

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Cook 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Baste lightly with oil or butter for shine.

Oven Method:

  • Bake at 200°C for 18–22 minutes.
  • Broil last 2–3 minutes for char effect.

Pan Method:

  • Cook on hot grill pan 10–12 minutes, turning evenly.
