Classic Grilled Fish Recipe

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 2 whole fish (pomfret / sea bass) or 2 large fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Picante Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Picante Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp of Picante Smoked Paprika Powder
  • ½ tsp Picante Oregano or Picante mixed herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Picante Parsley Leaves

🥣 Step 1: Prepare the Marinade

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, Picante Garlic Powder, black pepper, Picante Paprika Powder, Picante Smoked Paprika, Picante Oregano Leaves, and salt.
  2. Make 2–3 slits on whole fish (if using whole).
  3. Rub marinade evenly on both sides.
  4. Let it marinate for 20–30 minutes.

🔥 Step 2: Preheat Grill / Pan

  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  • Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.

🍳 Step 3: Grill the Fish

  1. Place fish on the grill.
  2. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side (fillets may need 3–4 mins per side).
  3. Avoid flipping too often.
  4. Fish is done when it flakes easily and is opaque inside.

Step 4: Finish & Serve

  • Drizzle fresh lemon juice.
  • Garnish with Picante Parsley Leaves.
  • Serve hot with grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
