Smoky Deviled Eggs (Rich, Creamy & Bold)

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 12 halves / 6 eggs):

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Picante Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Picante Chipotle powder or red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp roasted garlic paste (optional)

For Garnish:

  • Extra Picante Smoked Paprika
  • Crispy bacon bits (optional)
  • Chopped chives or parsley

1️⃣ Boil the Eggs

  • Place eggs in water and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer 9–10 minutes.
  • Transfer immediately to ice water.
  • Peel once cooled.

2️⃣ Make the Smoky Filling

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and mash until smooth.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, Picante Smoked Paprika, Picante Smoky Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk until creamy and smooth.

3️⃣ Fill & Garnish

  • Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
  • Sprinkle Picante Smoked Paprika on top.
  • Add chives or bacon bits for texture.
