🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 Frankies):
🍗 Chicken Filling:
- 400g boneless chicken (thin strips)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Picante Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Picante Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Picante Paprika Powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
🌯 For Wrap:
- 4 rotis / parathas
- 2 eggs (optional but authentic style)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Picante Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce
- Butter or oil for cooking
1️⃣ Marinate Chicken
- Mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Cayenne Pepper Powder, Tandoori Masala, Paprika Powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Marinate 30 minutes (longer = better flavor).
2️⃣ Cook Chicken
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook marinated chicken on medium-high heat 8–10 minutes.
- Cook until slightly dry and well coated with masala.
3️⃣ Prepare Roti Base
- Heat pan and cook roti/paratha lightly.
- Beat ½ egg and spread on one side of roti.
- Flip so egg side cooks and sticks to roti.
4️⃣ Assemble Frankie
- Place egg-roti on flat surface.
- Spread green chutney.
- Add cooked chicken filling.
- Add sliced onions + sprinkle chaat masala.
- Add ketchup or schezwan sauce.
- Roll tightly and wrap in butter paper.
