Classic Grilled Fish Recipe

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 2 whole fish (pomfret / sea bass) or 2 large fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Picante Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Picante Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp of Picante Smoked Paprika Powder
- ½ tsp Picante Oregano or Picante mixed herbs
- Salt to taste
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- 1 tsp Picante Parsley Leaves
🥣 Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, Picante Garlic Powder, black pepper, Picante Paprika Powder, Picante Smoked Paprika, Picante Oregano Leaves, and salt.
- Make 2–3 slits on whole fish (if using whole).
- Rub marinade evenly on both sides.
- Let it marinate for 20–30 minutes.
🔥 Step 2: Preheat Grill / Pan
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
🍳 Step 3: Grill the Fish
- Place fish on the grill.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes per side (fillets may need 3–4 mins per side).
- Avoid flipping too often.
- Fish is done when it flakes easily and is opaque inside.
Step 4: Finish & Serve
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice.
- Garnish with Picante Parsley Leaves.
- Serve hot with grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
