Cheese Popcorn Using Cheese Seasoning

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4):

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp oil (for popping)
  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter or oil spray
  • 2–3 tsp Picante Cheese seasoning powder
  • Pinch of salt

1️⃣ Pop the Corn

  • Heat oil in a large heavy pan.
  • Add 2–3 kernels first; once they pop, add remaining kernels.
  • Cover with lid and shake occasionally.
  • Remove from heat when popping slows.

(You can also use an air-popper for a lighter version.)

2️⃣ Coat Properly (Key Step)

  • Transfer hot popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle melted butter gradually while tossing continuously.
  • Immediately sprinkle Picante Cheese Seasoning evenly.
  • Toss well until fully coated.

  • Always season while popcorn is warm.
  • If air-popped, lightly spray oil before seasoning.
  • For extra intense flavor, mix cheese seasoning with 1 tsp milk powder.
