🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4):
For the Marinade:
- 500g boneless chicken (breast or thigh), cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp Picante Smoky Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic paste (about 6 cloves)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp Picante Oregano Leaves
For Skewering:
- Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – cubed
- Onion – cubed
- Wooden or metal skewers
2️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
- Mix Picante Smoky Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and spices.
- Coat chicken pieces thoroughly.
- Cover and marinate for minimum 1 hour (best: 4–6 hours or overnight).
3️⃣ Assemble Skewers
- Thread chicken alternately with bell peppers and onions.
- Leave slight gaps for even cooking.
4️⃣ Cook
Grill Method (Best Flavor):
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Cook 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Baste lightly with oil or butter for shine.
Oven Method:
- Bake at 200°C for 18–22 minutes.
- Broil last 2–3 minutes for char effect.
Pan Method:
- Cook on hot grill pan 10–12 minutes, turning evenly.
