🛒 Ingredients (Makes 12 halves / 6 eggs):
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Picante Smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp Picante Chipotle powder or red chilli powder
- ½ tsp vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp roasted garlic paste (optional)
For Garnish:
- Extra Picante Smoked Paprika
- Crispy bacon bits (optional)
- Chopped chives or parsley
1️⃣ Boil the Eggs
- Place eggs in water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 9–10 minutes.
- Transfer immediately to ice water.
- Peel once cooled.
2️⃣ Make the Smoky Filling
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash until smooth.
- Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, Picante Smoked Paprika, Picante Smoky Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk until creamy and smooth.
3️⃣ Fill & Garnish
- Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle Picante Smoked Paprika on top.
- Add chives or bacon bits for texture.
